The campaign follows the recent National Audit Office report which demonstrated that the millions of people with neurological conditions are being let down by services. The Neurological Alliance are aiming to secure a government commitment to improving care and support through the implementation of a new national strategy for neurology.

The e-action works by asking you to enter your contact details and, if you wish, a personal message, which will then be integrated into a pre-prepared letter that is automatically sent to your local MP. The letter asks MPs to:
 
•    Sign an Early Day Motion calling for a national strategy for neurology
 
•    Write to the Secretary of State for Health to ask how he will respond to the issues highlighted in the National Audit Office report
