20:00 Deep belly breathing for wellness, Zoom 8-9pm

Deep belly breathing for wellness

In this workshop you will guided through breathing practices that cultivate an awareness of your respiratory diaphragm, enabling you to consciously work with your breath as a tool to maintaining health and well-being. Following on from the previous deep belly breathing session, Helen will re-cap on why this breathing practice is important and how it can help with managing anxiety and how we respond to stress.
The breathing practice will require you to be in a quiet, private space with room to lie down for the breathing exercises. If you have a yoga mat to lie on please use it but otherwise you can lay down a blanket.
This workshop is for adults and parents only. Booking is essential, please contact emma@tourettes-action.org.uk

Please come along and join us on Tuesday 19th of May at 4pm. You can bring along your kids, flatmates, family members, pets and whoever else you might be experiencing lockdown with, as we make a loaf cake or cupcakes together.

This support group is welcome to all ages.  Refreshments are provided and a raffle is held to raise funds to support the group, we welcome contributions to the raffle. Activities are always provided for children.  Please come along and say hi, the group runs from 1-4pm.
