Deep belly (diaphragmatic breathing) is a powerful tool to help manage anxiety and stress levels, calm your nervous system, and help cultivate a sense of well-being.  Join Helen online for a guided practice in diaphragmatic breathing, with further explanations as to how and why this can support your physical and mental health.
