Ever wanted to find out more about how the research process works? Join us to hear from 2 researchers about their projects and what's involved.

We all know how important research is to the advancement of understanding and treatments for tics, so we are delighted to bring you this bespoke session to talk about research into Tics and TS.

Wednesday 3 March 2021 7.30pm

Hosted by PhD students Marta Topor from the University of Surrey, and Hannah Slack from the University of Nottingham, this informal presentation will shed light on various topics including:

  • Why is research into Tics and TS important?
  • Research Ethics - What happens before researchers can invite you to participate in their studies?
  • What are the different types of research studies available?
  • How can you get involved?

You will hear about their current research projects and have a chance to ask questions at the end.

We welcome adults, parents and children to take part and anyone who has an interest in getting involved.
