Life is full of changes, and transitions can feel overwhelming. Join us to explore why change can challenge us, and the practical resources and approaches that can help us to effectively navigate transitions both big and small.
About our Guest Speakers
Clare Bridgewater and Katie Skinner
With over 60 years of combined experience supporting children and young people with transitions of many types, Katie and Clare focus on practical resources that build resilience, independence and confidence.
The session will run for one hour and will include time at the end for audience questions.
Tickets cost £5 to join.
Bookings will close at 5pm the day before the event.
