Our Training Offer

Employers, health professionals, education professionals, and individuals with Tourette Syndrome or their families can contact us by email at help@tourettes-action.org.uk for guidance and support, which we offer free of charge.

We also have the following eLearning options available:

However, for those seeking a more personalised, bespoke training session, we provide options for small group or company-wide training at a cost of £200 per online session.

Bespoke Training Sessions

The training we offer comes from 'real life' experience, our trainers either having Tourette's themselves or have a child with TS, meaning they can give strategies that actually work in practice and are not strategies that are thought to work.

We currently have 4 trainers, all offering professional content but also personal experience of the condition:

  • Ione Georgakis who is an adult with TS and also a trained OT
  • Lucy Toghill who is a mum of a child with TS and a qualified teacher
  • Kat Congreave who is an adult with TS, a mum and a qualified therapist and university lecturer
  • Suzanne Parsons who is a mum of two children with TS and also a qualified therapist
