Neurodiversity at work

Neurodiversity is a term that refers to a group of neurological conditions, which includes Tourette Syndrome and ADHD.  Neurodiversity refers to the diversity of the human brain and recognises that these conditions contribute strengths rather than being simply understood as a disorder.   This report serves as a useful guide to employers who wish to learn more about Neurodiversity and how they can establish policies and practices to help people with these conditions access work and flourish at what they do.
