TS Awareness Month Fundraisers
A HUGE thank you to everyone who went the extra mile during TS Awareness month.
42 children got Moving for Tourettes in a Tewkesbury football tournament organised by Reggie and his mum, Kelli. Over 100 people came along to show their support and over £500 was raised for TA. A great day was had by all! Thank you!
Rhys and Cameron took on 7km around beautiful Virginia Water for their Move for Tourettes challenge. Along with mum, Nicola, they raised an incredible £476 for TA. Awesome effort guys!
Rachel Ann Targett completed a 4 hour charity walk from Thatcham to Hungerford for Tourettes Action on Saturday 8th June, and raised a whopping £195 for her sterling effort. Thank you Rachel!
Mason and his Mum Suzanne held a fabulous TS Awareness Day at school where everyone wore green, ate cake and attended an assembly on TS, raising £230! Awesome work!
Bethan Davies is a researcher involved in the Online Remote Behavioural Intervention for Tics study (or ‘ORBIT’ for short) at the University of Nottingham, and for her challenge she did a 5k in her local Parkrun, and raised £60 for Tourettes Action in the process! Amazing!
Samantha Severini along with Ewan and Aria have signed up to complete 100k in June! That's a lot of miles for little legs! Well done on raising £70 so far!
Facebook Birthday Fundraisers
7 people signed up to Facebook's fundraising platform this month, to selflessly raise donations for TA instead of receiving birthday gifts. Not only is this a kind, generous gesture, but it also raises important awareness on social media.
