TA events calendar

Due to Public Health measures concerning the coronavirus, our workshops and support groups have moved online. We will continue to follow government advice and will keep you updated with developments regarding our in-person events which we hope will go ahead in the latter part of the year.

We are running online support groups for adults, parents and teenagers.  Please click here for further information.

    Manchester Support Group

    Venue: Sale West Community Centre M33 4QW all meetings will be from 11am - 3pm

    Refreshments available - tea, coffee, juice, hotdogs, toasties.

    There will be a raffle at each meeting so please bring along any donations on the day.

    Please bring your info on a piece of paper (name, email address and contact number). You will then be given a name tag to wear so everyone can remember each others names.

    Sensory/fidget toys for adults and children will be available to purchase plus group merchandise, wrist bands, pens, bags.

    Activities will be different at each group and depending on the weather there is outside space for football, basketball, netball.

    TICfest SOLD OUT

    Venue: Farnborough, Hampshire

    Runways End is located on the outskirts of Farnborough and just 10 minutes from the TA Office so expect to see plenty of TA staff at this, our 'local' TICfest!

    The venue is in a tranquil woodland setting close to the Basingstoke Canal with opportunities for kayaking and canoeing. On site there are many other adventurous activities available too so the children will be kept very busy.

    Accommodation is in the Forge Lodge with en-suite facilities or the new Glamping Pods with underfloor heating.

    All accommodation, meals and activities are included.

    TICfest SOLD OUT

    Venue: Cromer, Norfolk

    Come and join us for an exciting TICfest weekend at Overstrand Hall in Cromer Norfolk.

    The venue is a spectacular grand Manor House nestled beside the beach set amongst landscaped and wooded gardens with an adventure activity park.

    There is a shop on site selling snacks, drinks, postcards and souvenirs plus a Cinema room and indoor caving system.

    Accommodation is in Overstrand Hall with large family rooms and shared facilities. All meals, activities and bedding are included.

    TICfest SOLD OUT

    Venue: Windermere

    This will be our first visit to the stunning Lake District. Our venue is Ghyllhead Outdoor Centre on the edge of Lake Windermere. This spring the venue is undergoing a full refurbishment so we can expect excellent accommodation and facilities!

    As you'd expect there will be plenty of water based activity at this TICfest with sailing and canoeing. For anyone who prefers to stay land based there is plenty of climbing, zip wire, high ropes and bush craft available on-site.

    Accommodation is either an indoor family room or the new outdoor Pods (sleep 4) with shared facilities. All bedding is provided so all you need to bring are towels and toiletries.

    Accommodation, food and activities are all included.
