    Private View: The Sun exhibition, Science Museum

    Venue: Science Museum, Exhibition Road, South Kensington, London, SW7 2DD

    We are thrilled to be working in partnership with the London Science Museum to offer people in the TS community the opportunity to attend a relaxed private view of their latest exhibition: The Sun: Living With Our Star

    Children 16 years and younger go free and adult tickets are £7 each.  The private view will be between 6.30pm - 9pm on Wednesday 23rd January.

    The Sun: Living With Our Star tells the story of humankind’s ever-changing relationship with the Sun and how it shapes many of the most fundamental aspects of our daily lives. It explores how science and technology have altered the way we think of, experience, use and are affected by our nearest star.   

    The exhibition comprimises fun hands-on experiences, unique objects, and stunning imagery  Bask in sunlight on an indoor beach, try on historic sunglasses in a digital mirror, and watch the Sun rise around the world on a huge illuminated display as you explore the fascinating story of humankind’s relationship with our closest star.

    Manchester Tourettes Support Group

    Venue: Sale West Community Centre m33 4qw

    This group is aimed at bringing families together to get support from each other.
    Please bring a little something for the raffle.

    If anyone has anything that they would like to discuss at the group please let me know so I can put it in our day of activities. Basketball, football, table tennis and arts and crafts will also be free to use.

     

    The group will run from 12pm-4pm and refreshments will be served throughout the day.

    Cornwall TS support group

    Venue: The House, Carlyon Road, St Austell,

    An informal group for people of all ages with TS and tic disorders, and their families, to come and meet in a relaxed, informal setting and share support and advice.  We always have fun activities for everyone, along with chat, laughs and cake!

    We also welcome people who are in the early stages of getting a diagnosis.
