Support our 2024 campaign to kick-start the New Year and promote wellbeing, positive attitude and boost your fitness and mental health.

Studies show that doing something good for yourself and others can have a powerful, positive effect on the immune system, improve self-worth and self-esteem. The feel-good effect influences dopamine, serotonin, and oxytocin - the hormones that take care of your mood and feelings.

How does it work?

We have a 31 day wellbeing or fitness plan for both adults and kids, with the aim being to complete the daily task every day throughout January. There is also the option of a blank plan so you can create your own daily goals.

For example, an adult task would be to 'Tell someone you know that you are proud of them', and a child task could be 'Go for a walk and collect 10 pieces of litter'. All tasks are fun, achievable and are designed to spread self-care and kindness.

The Tourette's January Challenge is open to EVERYONE - not just those with TS, so please encourage your friends, family and colleagues to sign up.

It's FREE to register, but by fundraising you could earn yourself some FREE TA goodies and raise some all important donations for TA:

Raise £20 and receive a FREE TA Travel Mug
Raise £50 and receive a FREE TA T-shirt
Raise £100 and receive a FREE TA Hoody

Make a Pledge

Research shows that people who make a concious commitment, and announce their actions to others, are more likely to persevere and complete their goals, as they feel held to account.

So why not MAKE A PLEDGE to complete the Tourettes January Challenge by pledging a £5 donation and sharing your commitment to the challenge on your social media channels. Don't forget to use the #TourettesJanuaryChallenge

Alternatively, you could ask your friends and family to sponsor you to complete the 31 days challenge, simply click here to set up a Facebook Fundraising page or  click here to create a JustGiving page. It's simple to use and all donations come direct to TA, with no additional admin involved for you.
